ByteScaped is a Charlotte-based technology company building an automated quoting and dispatch platform for the lawn-care industry in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

What We Do

Getting a lawn-care quote normally means a phone call, a site visit, and a wait of several days. We remove all three. A homeowner enters a property address; we read the parcel boundary and impervious-surface measurements from Mecklenburg County public GIS systems, calculate the actual mowable area, and produce a firm price in seconds.

How We Work With Providers

Independent lawn-care businesses register with us, upload proof of insurance, and set their own pricing. When a customer accepts a quote, the job is offered by SMS to matched providers nearby. Providers keep their own rates and their own customers; we handle the quoting, the dispatch, and the payment.

How We Communicate

Customers receive SMS messages about their quotes, bookings, and scheduled service. Providers receive SMS job offers and respond by text to claim work. Messaging is transactional and tied to activity on an account, and we do not send marketing texts. Consent is collected explicitly, on an unchecked opt-in, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
